2. How to Request a Return

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If item was proven to be intentionally damaged, no refund will be issued.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include a photo of the item for verification.

  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service to ensure your item reaches us safely.
